I was acquired by MM. Stayed for 3 years because my income was "okay." When the time queens came along, 99.65%, along with swap board and other BS, it was time to go.
Even though I would have settled for slightly less money, because I did make decent money, I had to leave for my own sanity. There are too many MTs here worth so much more than what they settle for. I cannot describe to you how my quality of life improved after leaving MM. I needed job security for the next 4 years, and a less hostile environment.
