I used to love working here. I even stuck around after the pay changes that cut my annual income by 20%. I still had hope. Now...not so much. I used to defend them too, but they are indefensible. No matter what you do to try to get ahead, they just change the rules to screw you. I have never in all my years worked in such a demoralizing environment. Congratulations on getting out of here. I'm on my way too!
