Does anybody know if Nuance would get paid less if the client finds mistakes in reports? I was told the reason they pay less if too many reports get sent to QA is because the company doesn't get paid (or paid as much) for QA'd jobs, and I was wondering if they also get dinged for any errors uncovered by the client.
Because I have one account that seems to find a lot of errors in their reports, and I was thinking one of the reasons is that maybe Nuance inadvertently incentivized the finding of mistakes (kinda like they've done with their own MTs/Fiesa).
