Nuance

contractual obligations - all smiles

Every account does their own audit - as well as Nuance audits the account however often the account calls for and how many lines/reports the account calls for.

All pay by the client is per contractual obligation which could be quality, turnaround time, etc.

So, does N get paid less? Sometimes if contract states they can get fined for lines out of turnaround. Sometimes if they fall below whatever the contractual quality states.

Each contract is different.

Does the client get paid less if they find more errors? I really doubt that - the client is paying someone in-house that they hired to find those errors, not cost effective at all.

What I've seen way too much of is dictators hitting the stat button which reduces the turnaround time severely, and those reports are NOT stat.

How can a report be stat on a deceased person? They are NOT coming back and no other facility needs the information on that report. They might need an autopsy but we don't do autopsies.
