I was extremely relieved to have it confirmed it was simply a case of the new client having to postpone and hence more hands on deck rather than the hospital perhaps going to EPIC. This is the best MTSO I've had the pleasure to work for, and I'm thankful this is just a temporary situation. I'm also delighted they secured a new seemingly large account...Job security for all! Whew...
