I was told "we have hired many new MTs. We are starting with a new client in May and all these new people need to get up to speed. If they cannot be expected to get up to speed in 2 months then they shouldn't have been hired in the first place. I can see a ways down this old familiar road of overhiring, no work, changes in work pools. All very disconcerting.
