Move the cursor to where you want the audio to be and press Ctl M. A word of warning though. If it is a skip of more than 10 seconds, be wary that there might be some missing output, unless you know the dictator. For 1 particular physician, I can skip 30 seconds confidently as this is how he dictates. Otherwise, if is 10 seconds or more, I go back to the original spot, use Ctl M and turn up the speed all the way until and play the audio until I hear dictation, and then turn the speed back down. The only good thing about ASR is I can see the dictator's phone conversation and skip through that.
