It is leaving SO much dictation out, diagnosing the patient, putting in stuff that was not said and flat out wrong. This is costing me so much time, and I can't afford this as I am on PM for months on end. I have flat out had to retype nearly entire reports. Angers me doubly - hurts my lph to no end, and I don't get paid for what I have actually had to do - straight type! TSM goes on a rage attack if you use F11 - "You can only use F11 if it says you can in the CP." Yeh, right, I have yet to see a CP that says you can go ahead and F11.
