think that it is only a "few" accounts where F11 can't be used. The truth is, I have also yet to have an account where it says it is okay. Plain and simple - the "client" could give a rat's arse if you use F11, it's MM that doesn't want you to...so they can pay you the VR rate for your straight transcription. I KNOW they charge the client the SAME regardless....why wouldn't they, the clients don't know any better.
