Well, all I can say is I worked there, had a bad experience and was never paid for my work and was given excuses about it. So personally I can't believe anything you say, plus I know how the treatment was too. I have seen others post things on there too that were negative. Looks like they should be able to get enough Aussie transcriptionists without reaching out to the US because they seemed to have no patience whatsoever with someone who did not understand their language.
