Tech support finally fixed my issues. no Comcast on my computer and unplugging things didn't work, hard reboots either. Took a while for them to remotely go into my computer and do their thing to get back to normal. The update made things go bonkers, no new surprise there. Then when he wanted to see if my audio and lag had stopped Fluency had NO JOBS! He says do you normally run out of work? UMMMM yes don't you see all the tickets I have submitted? 3 more months, I can do this!
