Anyone have luck getting theirs fixed? - LR5

Has Tech support (or lack there of) been able to clear anyone's issues? The lag time is awful!! the audio gets stuck on and you just have to wait for it to finally realize you are NOT stepping on the foot pedal. And it takes forever to load a report and at the top says Fluency Not Responding!! Just sit and watch the little blue wheel! Anyone having luck with tech support? Not me!
