Corporate sent an email at 10:40 a.m. EST... they did an upgrade at 11 a.m. Eastern - sm

I was frozen for a few minutes at 11 a.m. but then it finally unfroze but it took a long time for that Document Check to finally complete. I'm done with my morning shift, but if I weren't I would log off anyway and log back in. Hope this info helps.
