Call me picky, but I am just about burned out on getting a new job that has "average" ESL, only to find out you just got a horrible 95-100% ESL account. I am sorry but the pay is already low, and as hard as I try, I cannot make money on these accounts AT ALL. If you would even get one certain provider that you could learn but your queues are filled with 10 different ESL providers to try and figure out. It is so frustrating. It is not like I am not willing to do any ESL but these accounts are obviously "let's dump all our crap ESL to this company." I am getting too old for this nonsense. Do any MTSOs exist anymore that are not all ESL and you can actually attempt to making a living. I am just over it.
