so I believe mgmt can listen to the call if you feel he over-exaggerated. If the foot pedal works at all, it's probably not the foot pedal. It could be virus protection getting updates. Do you clean out your temp files weekly and defrag your computer at least once a month? I use CCleaner (it's free; an MModal tech downloaded it for me and created a short-cut on my desktop) and it does everything in 1 step. I wish you luck!
