I also work 4 hours a day, and I can't make 300 lph consistently every day as I'm really not interested in getting a DVT just for my job. I believe this is a ploy to reduce all employees to IC status in order not to have to pay minimum wage. I can't even imagine how a full time (8 hours a day) employee could make 300 lph while eating lunch and taking care of bodily functions.
