Two weeks ago, my TSM either quit or was let go. She was a real advocate for the MLS and she worked very hard. That is one area with Nuance that I have had no complaints about. This new person, who even knows. I cannot get any kind of e-mail response from her at all and these are important issues or I would not be e-mailing her to start with. I am sure she is probably overwhelmed with a ton of new accounts and MLS, but that is now her job.
