same type of TSM you describe....no response to emails (unless I copy her boss as well- but then I catch attitude from MY TSM). My original TSM also had the MT's backs, really liked her).
And yeah, it IS their job to answer emails. It's like they pick and choose which ones to reply to. If it's something the MT needs, that apparently can wait...if it's something SHE needs, she is on it right away. So annoying and unprofessional. But I don't really expect anything good from this company anyway.
