Able to make money at Amphion as an MT? - wondering

Hey all. I am wondering if anyone is able to make a decent pay check at Amphion. I needed a job so I took one with them. I just started tracking my production on the spreadsheet they provided as I have been on the $10/hour pay for about a month. I will be starting production pay next week. This whole "adjusted line rate" sounds like a joke in poor taste. I want to give them a chance because I have my foot in the door but is it really worth it? Thanks for the advice or any thoughts you may have.
