Hi everyone. I'm a recent new-hire at Nuance (acquired) and pretty confused. Lost in a bunch of emails (that don't matter) and having trouble getting the information I need on OOW protocol and other things. When I ask, I don't get complete answers. It's almost as if it's done purposely, though I can't imagine why. Is there a place where that type of thing is listed (like a company manual). I can't even remember what info I have and where at this point. Also, what/who would be considered POC (point of contact). I have heard this now, but have no idea who that would even be! Also, is there a place to find Tech's email address, etc.
