OOW protocol - all smiles

I work on the Enterprise platform, but it should not matter.

If you are OOW, you are to clock out, clock back in under the OOW designator in the drop down box in webclock.

You are to e-mail your TSM or your covering TSM that you are OOW and that you are flexing or that you are at not flexing.

IF you are not flexing AND you get no response from your TSM AND you get no work in a 15-minute time period, you shift is considered completed for the day, and you may not return for that day's shift.

If you are flexing, AND you get no response from your TSM and your TSM previously granted you permission to flex when you are OOW, then after 15 minutes, you clock out and return later during your shift to see if there is work to do.

You may not return to see if there is work during times when it is not your designated shift.

Good luck. If you are not getting the information you need, cc your TSM's COM.
