I would always give a 2-week notice. If I feel someone is unprofessional, I'll still remain professional as that is something I have control over and it's just the way I was brought up, with a strong work ethic. I was taught to treat others the way I would like to be treated, and not how others have treated me, especially if I felt I was treated poorly. It just makes for an easier life in this crazy old world and will help you to avoid holding onto resentments for years and you can move on with your life. Just my oh so humble opinion...
