I keep hoping my accounts get switched to another platform. Apparently my team's C-LPH average is over 125. Well, if true, I am the MLS bringing the average way, way down because I just barely hit the 100 C-LPH mark. As for the timing out issue: yep, but it times out on me due to "inactivity," while I am actively transcribing. smh.
