We had an account switching to another platform and poof - it went overseas.
A colleague of mine has an account that was supposed to already be on the new platform but there are "problems to be worked out," which is exactly what happened with my big account so I suspect that her big account will disappear as well.
I suspect managment is trying to determine if they have enough trained employees overseas to cover such a large account.
Now I understand the reason for the drastic abusive pay cut last year. Nuance needed the money to pay for their overseas operation - offices, computers, training, etc. to send our jobs overseas.
