Let's just say some TSMs were on PTO for some reason (!@##!). I can't say I blame them, but I really feel they have to know more than we do, they just don't want to tell us about it. (Presumably the work went to EHR, but that's another thing they never tell us.)
Lately, there are slim pickings. The account which has the most work on it in my pool at the moment is an overflow account!
It is also a horrible account, with many specs and lots of different facilities and a lot of STATs which are not STATs and so many docs you hardly ever get the same one twice and they all happen to be terrible dictators, go figure. FIESA loves it because it is easy to get us.
Such a lovely job.
