See, it can be done, but it won't get done if you don't take action.
I put a long note up a while back entitled Pep Talk in the subject line. One of the things I said was to put as much energy into getting out of MT, as you do feeling badly for yourself. I also said even if it takes 2 years to get out, think of how if you had started 2 years ago to get out, you'd be out today. It won't just happen. Nothing will fall into your lap---well, unless it does. But it won't if you don't even tell everyone you know you're looking for a job.
Hang in there! If you are needing to get out, take steps TODAY.
