Applying for jobs - R2

I just applied for a few jobs, and on one site when I listed my employers, and put MM, then it had a box you could check if you wanted them to contact this employer.  I am telling you, my finger hovered over yes for a very long time, and then I chickened out and hit no.  Was so tempted though.
