I have learned that MM does not give references at all. They have an employment verification number/fax where a potential employer can contact them. That potential employer, bank, etc. is asked for a credit card number for a charge of $15 just to say you worked there, how long, and how much money you made. That's it. Nothing else good or bad.
I was told this by my current employer after I left MM. Most people are not going to pay that charge. Good luck on your new job applications. Anything is better than this place.
