because I have not had a TSA yet that has made us use it. If some TSA's can get away without using it, then it cannot be a policy that is set in stone.

I am glad to hear that other than that, she is reasonable, as I generally don't have any time card problems, and follow everything else to the best of my ability. I will try to be a good girl and not ruffle her feathers until the subject of swap board comes up.
