If it is the same LC as my TSA, she is not that bad but a real stickler to do things by the "book" (policy) which includes using the swap board. You will get a response by her to emails, etc., and she is really good about authorizing time off soon after you request it. Keep your time card clean and follow policies and procedures for everything and you won't have any problems with her.
