I agree that did sound condescending, but the poster was so adamant about everyone getting deductions, that it really was just a question, as we do sometimes get people that do not work for MMmodal posting on this board about things that do not pertain to us, so that was really why I posed that question, but I could have worded it nicer, for sure.
As for arguing with what others are experiencing, I have never ever done that and I have never minimized others frustrations, ever. I have also never said I do not make mistakes.
If you saw any of that anywhere, I would like to know where.
