I did the same last summer - quit even before my shift was over as I had no work anyway. Got the same from my TSM - no notice, ineligible to reapply (like yeah, I was going to do that anyway). Here's the fact: I got another MT job with a great company who worked with me. I was full time and now part time as I was hired by the credit union here in town as a mortgage servicer/funder (I have mortgage experience as well). Both these companies were shocked at what I had to say about Nuance and the way this company was run. So, basically, didn't matter what Nuance may or may not have said, it didn't impact my employability whatsoever. Good luck and congrats!
