I no longer care. I know I am a good MT. I've been doing it for over 15 years now. I care about making sure the documents are accurate and that I don't do anything to put some innocent patient in danger.
However, other than that I just don't care. I don't care about my downtime, my failed audits for leaving out "the" or "an" or leaving in "of."
I want them to fire me so incredibly much and yet, here I still am.
Do they ever fire anyone? What do you have to do?
