I was QA way back in the early 2000's and it was so much better. We dinged 1 full point only for the most grievous of errors (wrong meds and dosages). Minor punctuation and grammar was usually nothing.
Also we were never allowed to do QA on a short report.
It is like they are deliberately trying to destroy us. I guess if they can make us feel stupid we will agree we are worth 4 cpl wages.
