Nuance owns Emdat and is farming out accounts to companies that use it, so perhaps if the small MTSO you work for uses Emdat that is how they got in contact with you.
Again, I hope they are squirming in their pants. Serves them right.
I have a feeling in time, Nuance will not have any MTs, so to speak, just sub it all out to other smaller companies and collect a fee from them. That is what happened to the company I work for. We are on Emdat and are doing ambulatory care for N. Of course they cut our rate from 8 to 7 cpl and we are ICs. Again N wins, no employees, no benies, just sit back and count their money. Talk about creeps!
