Not only is it strange, but it seems a bit desperate to be emailing MTs who didn't formally apply to your company. Maybe the word really is getting out about how horrible Nuance actually is to work for. It makes me smile to think they are having difficulty filling positions. You reap what you sow, Nuance. If you treated your employees like what they are worth, both monetarily and humanely, you wouldn't be in this predicament.
