Does that really matter? If they were not located in India why would they advertise local Indian holidays. It was a mistake on their part in the first place to send those emails to us, especially since they were claiming to be a US company. It never bodes well for the future when they lie to you at the beginning. I remember too well the "there will be no changes at all" crap they gave us right before everything changed.
