IMEDX is most definitely an Indian company, I worked for them after they took over TTS and left shortly after. They lie about everything. All work will go to India in a matter of time. Get out while you can if they bought out your company. While working for them we would get emails about festivals and holy days in India with the dates and locations. The email address list was 90% Indian.
