to the complaint e-mail with a cc to MC, maybe then she will listen since there is now a quality issue. I know sound is probably not the only reason for bad quality but I do feel it is a huge contributor. I cannot believe they expect us to work with these reports the way they are. The fact that sometimes it is fine means there obviously is a problem that can be fixed. I beg everyone to let MC know about this problem.
