I even narrowed it down to time of day, departments that are worse than others, and days of the week that are worse than others. It was fixed for a short time and is now worse, if that can be possible. I am job hunting. I am done. Some of the dictators are beyond obnoxious in their styles, been complaining about them as well, nothing. For now every single report with bad audio I leave a note in the QA box, hoping someone sees it or at the very least knows to really check the report to make sure it is accurate
