Everything could be fine, but the story as told here raises alarm bells. You keep digging yourself in deeper, too. You appear to be evasive and, now, hostile.

Yes, employers are going to consider you to have no experience if your only experience was 25 years ago. You should not need experience with a CCS, so something else is holding you back.

As for "AHIMA being fine with it," we know that you do not need to submit proof when you apply. If you mean that AHIMA just didn't stop you, that is not them "being fine" with it.

Another problem is that you misinterpreted the first post as a personal attack when it clearly intended to help you see what employers might be thinking. If you are prone to perceiving something that clear as a personal attack, you are likely to do it during the application process as well. Employers avoid high-conflict behavior.
