We have only 1 local hospital. Their coding hiring policy states "must have 2-3 years" experience, and they will not offer opportunity to test without this.

Entirely self-study with some coding experience from many, many years ago. I scored very high on the CCS exam and feel confident about my ability. Frustrating.
