How do you handle it when you are paid by the page, and the second page has only 4 or 5 lines on it? I try by changing font/formatting to get it onto the first page if I can, but sometimes it just won't go. If it was one or two reports I would just include it in my page count and move on, but I have a particular account that has many per day that are just a few lines on the second page, and I just would like to know how others handle this. Is there a counting/invoicing program avaialble that I could set to count half pages up to a certain position on the page?
