I was a member of AHDI through my hospital MT job and yes, you have to take the RHDS first and then the CHDS, of which both I was able to do at home proctored monitoring with a webcam. It is listed on their site with cost and information. If one is applying for hospital jobs that may reimburse for the cost as mine did that would be very beneficial.
