I would not be comfortable with anything under 8, I think, because when I was getting 9, they were also paying several things for me as an employee that I will have to pay myself as an IC. Of course, I get flexibility in return. I appreciate your response; it helped me focus. I think I could accept 8 but not 7. They are really nice people, seem decent, do not offshore, etc. I will at least talk to them and see where it goes. Thanks again!
