I have a lot of experience and have actually, really without asking, been paid a bit more by national companies, at least from what people post as the going rate for those companies. (don't everybody get too excited, it's not much!)
It might depend if you have a lot of experience or not.
If this is a hospital I would try to compare any info on rates on any positions with other places and make my stab somewhere middle to high by comparison.
