And I also hate that question on job applications! As a matter of fact I hate online job applications altogether. They are almost always buggy, and horrendously and unnecessarily time consuming. There must be a way to make the process more efficient, but employers have no motivation to do so. They know most people are desperate enough for jobs they will put up with almost anything.
