Fiesa sucks - no doubt about it. The pay grid was difficult to take at first, but over time have averaged well above what I was making before. Sometimes Fiesa gets me and I cuss a bit, but for the greatest part of the time I am ahead of the game.
I know not everyone agrees with this, but since Nuance doesn't seem to be doing any more hiring frenzies and the OOW situation seems to be a constant in some groups I have to think the majority of the people discontent with Nuance are sticking around for some reason. Pay and benefits for the majority of companies out there is pretty pathetic too.
No job is perfect, but for the time being I am content to continue working here. For those that aren't I wish you luck in finding something you enjoy more.
