I am only part time and I suspect that makes a difference. OOW situations don't bother me because I don't mind flexing my hours. People who work full time and are hitting OOW situations seem to be the ones getting really frustrated. Also, my TSM doesn't bug me with any metrics or anything like that. I rarely get any emails from her and she does respond to my questions (not sure she follows through on my requests, but she does answer me). Yes, Fiesa sucks, but I usually get 99+ or 100. I'm halfheartedly looking for another job in case things go downhill fast at Nuance, but not really sure I want to change right now. OP, you'll probably get some negative comments here though!!!
