I got the E-mail and was not thrilled. Didn't like the one about compensation boosts for our overseas "partners" either. However, I also blame our governing bodies that allow all this work, and other jobs too, to be sent overseas.
I don't have any control over what they do, all I can do is control my personal situation and at this time this is good for me.
I do keep a buffer of a part time job with a company that doesn't outsource but I realize that could change at any time also. It doesn't pay as well, but don't like keeping all my eggs in one basket.
I am not trying to be argumentative, just stating that for me, at this particular time, Nuance is not so bad.
